Scope
Pediatrics in Review is a journal designed to help pediatricians and other pediatric practitioners to keep their clinical knowledge current. Working in tandem with PREP Self-Assessment, the journal will address the complete spectrum of pediatric medicine in a cyclical fashion. Using materials supplied by the American Board of Pediatrics to define its core content, Pediatrics in Review will prepare readers for the cognitive examination that is a component of the Board’s Maintenance of Certification program. A maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ is earned after achieving a 60% score on each designated quiz. An additional 40 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ are available with a subscription to PREP The Curriculum, and the Curriculum’s PREP Self-Assessment is approved for 20 points by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) for MOC Part 2: Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment.
