Scope

The Journal of Vascular Access, Official Journal of the Vascular Access Society, is the only international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed scholarly journal, issued six times per year, that endeavors to promote the latest advances as well as excellence in vascular access practice in all health care setting. The Journal of Vascular Access (JVA) publishes clinical and laboratory original articles as well as papers dedicated to more practical aspects covering new devices and techniques. JVA also invites reviews from leading specialists with the aim of informing its readers of current evidence-based best practice. The journal also publishes educational supplements as well as supplements containing proceedings of symposia and scientific meetings. JVA is divided into independent sections led by editors of the highest scientific level. These sections are: Dialysis, Oncology, Interventional radiology, Nutrition, Nursing, Intensive care.
