Scope

The JDDG publishes scientific papers from a wide range of disciplines such as dermatovenereology, allergology, phlebology, dermatosurgery, dermatooncology and dermatohistopathology. So in JDDG : information on medical training, continuing education, a calendar of events , book reviews and society announcements. The JDDG serves primarily the German-speaking dermatology in clinic and practice and therefore appears in the print edition completely in German. In order to make German-speaking dermatology accessible to an international readership, original articles, reviews and specialist medical literature are published in the online edition in English. The ultimate goal is the high professional quality of the contributions, which should be ensured by a strict peer review system. A particular concern for publishers and publishers is the observance of very short publication times. In addition, the JDDG offers a comprehensive reader service with career-relevant information on further education and training, a current congress calendar as well as book reviews and company news .
