Scope

The Colombian Journal of Cardiology (RCC) is the official scientific publication of the Colombian Society of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery. It is a bimonthly publication, open access (open without cost for authors and readers), of peer review, which is published in electronic version and accepts manuscripts for evaluation in Spanish or English on basic, epidemiological, surgical and clinical aspects in the area of cardiology. It has an Editorial Committee made up of national and international experts. The journal is responsible for disseminating original clinical and experimental articles on cardiovascular diseases, reports on medical and surgical therapy, pediatric cardiology, cooperative studies, epidemiology, drug studies, diagnostic methods, clinical case reports, letters to the editor and editorials.
