Scope
Chinese Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy is a national first-class academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, sponsored by Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, and undertaken by the Institute of Antibiotics of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. It is edited by Professor Zhang Yingyuan, a famous expert in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and clinical application of anti-infective drugs. The international standard serial publication number is ISSN 1009-7708, and the domestic unified serial publication number is CN 31-1965/R. The major domestic databases that this journal has joined include: China Science and Technology Paper Statistical Source Journals (Core Journals) of the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Science Citation Database (CSCD) and China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database, etc., and it has been included in the core journals of clinical medicine/special medicine in the "Overview of Chinese Core Journals" published by Peking University Press. The major foreign databases that have joined include: the Netherlands "Medical Abstracts", WHO Western Pacific Region Medical Index (WPRIM), etc., Scopus database, etc.
This journal was founded in 2001 and was originally named "Chinese Journal of Anti-infection and Chemotherapy". It was renamed "Chinese Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy" in 2006. This journal aims to improve the diagnosis and anti-infection treatment of infectious diseases through academic exchanges.
The contents published are:
Pathogen diagnosis research of infectious diseases: including bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia, mycobacterium, fungi, viruses and parasites;
Clinical evaluation of new anti-infective drugs;
Bacterial resistance monitoring and research on bacterial resistance mechanisms;
Hospital infection prevention and control;
In vitro and in vivo pharmacodynamic studies of anti-infective drugs;
Clinical pharmacokinetics study of anti-infective drugs;
Experimental research on pharmacology of anti-infective drugs;
Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, case analysis, case reports, etc.
The columns include: expert forum, monographs, clinical research, experimental research, case reports, reviews, compilations, information exchanges, etc. Clinical physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, hospital infection management professionals, microbiology and antimicrobial treatment professionals, etc. are welcome to contribute and subscribe.
