European Heart Journal – Digital Health is a fully open access peer-reviewed journal of the European Society of Cardiology, with a specific focus on digital health in cardiovascular medicine, connecting physicians, researchers, and allied health professionals. The Journal advances excellence in digital health through the publication of high-quality original preclinical and clinical research, reviews, points of view, images, and short reports. The Journal also provides continuing education in digital health topics through its teaching series. All papers published in European Heart Journal – Digital Health are made freely available online under an open access license, with applicable charges. Please refer to the open access section below. Once a paper is accepted, European Heart Journal – Digital Health will publish a pre-copyedited, pre-proofed version of the paper online within 1 week. This is replaced by a copyedited, proofed version of the paper as soon as it is ready. The Journal publishes 6 issues per year online.
