Scope
Epidemiology publishes original research from all fields of epidemiology. The journal also welcomes review articles and meta-analyses, novel hypotheses, descriptions and applications of new methods, and discussions of research theory or public health policy. We give special consideration to papers from developing countries. Publish six issues of EPIDEMIOLOGY per year, each with approximately twenty original articles, brief reports, or review articles, approximately four insightful commentaries or editorials pertaining to epidemiologic research, and approximately four research letters or letters to the editor. Provide special emphasis to environmental health research and methods that contribute to the mission of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology.
