Scope
Child's Nervous System (CNS), although primarily devoted to pediatric neurosurgery, has been expanded to encompass all aspects of the pediatric neurosciences. Each issue contains authoritative review articles, original articles, technical notes commentaries on current and previously published papers, book reviews, and letters to the Editor. Original manuscripts and Brief Communications are given priority for publication. Case reports are accepted, although preference is for those that might generate discussion or provide an update on rare subjects. New article submissions and suggestions regarding ways to improve Child's Nervous System are both solicited and welcome. Authors are also encouraged to submit electronic multimedia files (animations, movies, audio, etc.) and other supplementary files to be published online along with their article. This feature can add dimension to the author's article, as certain information cannot be printed or is more convenient in electronic form.
