Scope
The journal Neuropediatrics in Clinic and Practice was founded in 2002 by Prof. Dr. Fuat Aksu, Datteln. It is the organ of the Society for Neuropediatrics (GNP) and its continuing education academy. Physical and mental development, as well as possible disorders and diseases of the nervous system in children and adolescents, are key topics in original articles and reviews by nationally and internationally renowned authors. The neurology of children and adolescents differs in many respects from that of adults. Pediatric neurologists examine premature babies and newborns, infants, toddlers and school-age children, as well as adolescents at various stages of development. The instrumental examination techniques and therapeutic methods used in these studies must be interpreted and implemented with due consideration of the various developmental stages.
