Scope
Neuro-Oncology Pediatrics is an open-access, interdisciplinary journal dedicated to all aspects of pediatric and adolescent/young adult (AYA) neuro-oncology. The journal welcomes high-quality basic, translational, and clinical research across the full spectrum of brain, spine, and peripheral nerve tumors affecting children and AYA populations, including studies on late effects, survivorship, and quality of life.
Scope:
High-quality research on pediatric and AYA brain, spinal tumors and peripheral nerve tumors, including basic and translational science, genomics, computational studies including AI approaches, advances in diagnostics and methods to monitor disease response and progression, clinical trials, and studies addressing long-term outcomes and quality of life;
Research on cancer predisposition syndromes relevant to neuro-oncology;
Global perspectives and challenges in delivering equitable care for children and AYA with CNS tumors;
Integration of multi-omic, imaging, and clinical data through bioinformatics and computational approaches, with an emphasis on data sharing and collaborative research infrastructure to advance discovery and care in pediatric and AYA neuro-oncology.
