Scope
International Journal of Lung Cancer, the official journal of the Japan Lung Cancer Society (JLCS), is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to advancing research, clinical practice, and education in the field of lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. The journal publishes high-quality original articles, reviews, case reports, and clinical guidelines related to the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and management of lung cancer. It aims to facilitate the exchange of scientific knowledge and promote global collaboration among clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals in the oncology community. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: Basic and clinical research on thoracic malignancies; Early detection, screening, and prevention strategies; Novel therapeutic approaches, including targeted therapy and immunotherapy; Advances in surgery, radiotherapy, and drug therapy, including perioperative multimodality treatment; Quality of life, palliative care, and survivorship.
