Scope

Cadernos de Saúde Pública/Reports in Public Health (CSP) is a journal that was created for the publication of scientific articles, thus promoting the production of knowledge in collective health and related subjects. The CSP also encourages critical reflection and debate on current issues related to public policies and factors that affect the living conditions and health care of populations. The CSP has published articles since 1985 with the support of Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública Sergio Arouca, Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (ENSP/Fiocruz), Rio de Janeiro. It was a quarterly publication from 1985 (vol. 1) to 2000 (vol. 16) and bimonthly from 2001 (vol. 17) to 2005 (vol. 21). In 2006, it became a monthly journal. It currently adopts the continuous publication type.
