Scope

The goal of the journal "Medical Council" is to contribute to the postgraduate education of physicians by providing scientific and practical information and introducing a broad medical audience to practical and educational activities in medicine. Each issue is devoted to one or more areas of medicine and is timed to coincide with a major All-Russian congress or scientific and practical conference. The journal covers the following topics: Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Oncology, Otolaryngology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology. The journal publishes original articles on practical and theoretical issues in various areas of medicine, clinical, clinical-experimental research, and fundamental scientific work, as well as reviews, lectures, clinical case reports, and supporting materials on all current medical issues. The journal is aimed at practicing physicians, both general practitioners and specialists. The journal receives articles from all specialized medical institutions in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries, as well as materials prepared by Western partners. The journal is open to collaboration with both Russian specialists and those from neighboring (CIS) and non-CIS countries, including countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Australia. The editorial board accepts articles in English and Russian. Articles submitted in English are translated into Russian. Accepted articles are published in the journal in Russian, and the original (English) version is posted on the journal's website. The best Russian-language articles, as judged by the editorial board, are translated into English and published on the journal's website.
