Sleep Health: Journal of the National Sleep Foundation is a multidisciplinary journal that explores the role of sleep in population health from a multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder perspective. Major interest areas include: Multi-level factors that influence sleep health and sleep disorders; The role of sleep in promoting health, wellness, and healthy development and aging; Community-based and system-level interventions promoting sleep health; and Emerging sleep health technologies and methods. Aligned with the NSF’s global authoritative, evidence-based voice for sleep health, the journal serves as the foremost publication for manuscripts at informing public health practice and advancing the sleep health of all members of society.
